A wonderful reintroduction to dance for adults who have prior dance experience. Class is offered at a gentle pace and builds upon more complex combinations and modern dance choreography, based on the technique of Merce Cunningham, an American modern dance pioneer. Steps may be modified to fit ability levels. Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in such as a t-shirt and leggings. Dancers will dance barefoot, slippers are not required. Starting 1/18/2023 through 5/10/2023. No class on 4/12. Register by 1/16.
