Get moving with tap dance, a low-impact, fun way to improve joint mobility, balance, and overall fitness! Designed for older adults with prior dance experience, this class offers more complex choreography with adaptable steps to accommodate various ability levels.
Class Highlights:
- Instructor: Kimberly Sheppard, an exceptional NYU-trained instructor
- Flexibility: Register for each six-week session or drop in for individual classes
- Optional Recital: Showcase your skills at the Dance Recital on Friday, May 2, at 6:30pm
- Registration: 3 days in advance for the entire session, or for drop-in classes
