Lynchburg Parks and Recreation rents out many of its facilities for all kinds of occasions and functions- birthday parties, family reunions, weddings, business meetings, community meetings, picnics, pool parties and more. Whatever the occasion, chances are we have a facility right for you. Building rentals are unavailable when we are closed in observance of holidays.

Note: All checks and money orders should be made payable to City of Lynchburg. VISA, MASTERCARD and cash are also accepted for payment. The rental is not reserved until payment is received. Rental forms must be completed and either mailed to the Parks and Recreation Department, 301 Grove St., Lynchburg, VA 24501, or delivered in-person during regular business hours of 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, along with the payment. Reservations must be completed no later than 3 business days prior to the reservation date.
