Refine your culinary technique by learning basic knife skills. Participants will learn sharpening skills, proper knife handling techniques, review different types of knives, and have hands-on practice for different cutting techniques. While knives will be provided, participants are encouraged to bring a personal chef knife from home. Participants will get to enjoy samples of a meal on-site and take home leftover chopped items to cook at home. Join us Tuesday, October 5th from 6-8:30 pm. Register by 10/1 at Noon.
