Would you like to relax after a long day of work? If so, take time to relax and experience the many physical and mental benefits of yoga in this self-paced class. Come join us for Yoga After Work on Thursdays. Starting October 1 through October 29 at 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat. Register in advance.
