Plant the path forward on Arbor Day with a tree-planting ceremony in recognition of the Sesquicentennial Tree at Riverside Park. The Oak Tree was planted in 1937 commemorating the sesquicentennial of the U.S. Constitution. Come celebrate its life with us by watching a new tree planted in its place, tree activities, crafts, and even take home a slice of the tree. Join us by the overlook and dress appropriately for the weather. Take home a tree of your own for free. Limited supplies are available. Join us Friday, April 30 from 4-6 pm.
