What do you love most about working for Lynchburg Parks and Recreation?

I love being able to get people out of their comfort zone and try something new such as canoeing and kayaking.

Which park or trail is your favorite so far?

I enjoy the Blackwater Creek Trails because they are so versatile! I can go for a run, a bike ride, or hang out at one of the parks they run through.

What is your favorite Lynchburg Parks and Recreation memory?

I have had too many happy memories to pick out just one. Between attending classes taught by my coworkers and learning new skills myself, to watching the excitement on participants faces as they acquire new skills I’ve taught them, I’ve had so much fun over the years.
