Join us for a tour of our College Hill Water Treatment Plant to learn about the history of water in Lynchburg and all the work it takes to keep clean water flowing throughout Lynchburg.

Ever wonder where your water goes once you flush it down the toilet or wash it down the sink? It travels through the sewer system to the Lynchburg Regional Water Resource Recovery Facility!

Join us at the Miller Center for a hands-on experience of Gyotaku (Gee-o-ta-ku) the traditional Japanese method of printing fish. Ink would be applied to one side of a freshly caught fish, then covered with rice paper and rubbed to create an exact image of the fish.

Collecting rainwater from your roof to use on your garden or lawn helps the environment and saves you money on your water bill!
