The City Stadium Complex is situated in the Fort Avenue neighborhood and features both a baseball and football field. There are approximately 900 marked parking spaces, with a limited number of additional grass and street parking options available.

The football field is primarily used by Heritage and E.C. Glass high schools for varsity games, as well as for occasional sporting events by other groups. The bleachers can accommodate up to 9,000 spectators. The facility includes two press boxes, a scoreboard, an artificial turf field, and an asphalt track. The baseball field is home to the Hill City Howlers, a team affiliated with the Cleveland Guardians, who play their home games at City Stadium.

The Lynchburg City Stadium Complex serves as an excellent venue for businesses, sports teams, and event planners seeking a centrally located, expansive space. In addition to the two fields, the City Stadium lawn can be used for larger events, accommodating up to 5,000 attendees. With ample parking and newly renovated facilities, the Lynchburg City Stadium Complex is an ideal location for team practices, games, company picnics, and other events.
