Lynchburg parks and recOh, what fun! We’re ringing in the new year (a bit early, might we add) by releasing the new Winter/Spring 2017 activities a few weeks ahead of time. And, this season, as an early present, we’ve included more of what you love and lots of new things to try!

The 2017 Winter/Spring Activity Guide is full of winter and spring activities and programs, but also features articles and stories on Parks and Rec history and news, a spotlight on City Councilman Turner Perrow, and a letter from our Director, Jenny Jones. Don’t forget to check out page 30 for information on our ‘Please Do Hug the Trees’ campaign and our Guinness World Record Attempt this coming April!

Shaking in your boots waiting for a paper copy? Don’t worry. The activity guide will once again be mailed to Lynchburg residents. But, you can always check out the guide online by clicking below. You can also view all of the new programs right here on our website! Just click the ‘View Programs Online’ button below.

Didn’t receive a paper copy to your mailbox? Pick one up at any of our community centers or at select Lynchburg locations.
