Last year, we told you a little about what it’s like to spend a week at archery camp. This year, we want to encourage anyone 18+ to attend our Archery Instructor Certification Course on National Archery Day– Saturday, May 14.

Lynchburg Parks and Recreation ArcheryThrough this course, you will learn the fine skills of a unique sport and earn a Level 1 instructor certification through USA Archery and National Field Archery Association. This certification verifies that you have the necessary knowledge to teach basic archery including set up, steps of shooting, coaching basics, and equipment repair. Sounds pretty cool! Be sure to register by May 12.
