Programs and Activities

Become a part of the Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety network by learning to teach courses. Develop the program participants understanding of how to use the course materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate participants’ progress.

Successful candidates are eligible to teach Parent and Child Aquatics, Preschool Aquatics, Learn-to-Swim, and three adult focused courses. Candidates must be 16 or older, pass pre-course training, and complete a swim test. Current lifeguard certification is recommended. Register by 5/19.
