Campers will develop kitchen safety and baking techniques, while discovering new ingredients they may have never seen before. With help of the instructor, students will explore a different type of dough each day. Recipes include eclair pastries with variety of fillings and toppings, traditional southern biscuits, red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, apple pie both baked and fried, and shortbread. Camp will conclude with a homemade snack for family and friends. Register by 7/6.
