Line Dancing is a unique form of exercise because it provides the heart-healthy benefits of an aerobic exercise while also allowing people to engage in a social activity. Two left feet are welcome! Wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. Don’t forget your water bottle. No class on Monday, July 3rd.
