The most dangerous knife is a dull knife. Refine your culinary technique by learning basic knife skills. Students will learn sharpening skills, proper knife handling techniques, and review different types of knives, and hands-on practice for different culinary techniques. While knives will be provided, participants are encouraged to bring a personal chef knife from home. Purchasing recommendations are listed on website. Students will get to enjoy a meal on site and take home leftover chopped items. Register by 10/1.
