Over the course of the week, junior chefs will explore international cuisine, kitchen safety, cooking techniques, knife skills while discovering new ingredients they may have never seen before. With the help of the instructor, students will create a new dish daily while exploring traditional recipes from Germany and Austria, Italy, East India and Asia, Greece, and France. Camp will conclude with a homemade lunch for family and friends. Register by 7/20.
