This year Lynchburg Parks & Rec is hosting a variety of peaceful activities in Riverfront Park to honor this worldwide celebration. \nThis free\, family-friendly event will be held at Riverfront Park\, 1100 Jefferson St.\, from 4:30 pm–7:30 pm\, and will feature a one-hour yoga and meditation class by Paul Webb\, and a one-hour tai chi class by Scott Larson\, both appropriate for all levels. Enjoy a labyrinth on the lawn provided by Unity in the Seven Hills. Participants are also encouraged to stick around for a peaceful sound immersion by Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations.
