What is Hydroponics? Hydroponics is a way to skip the soil, sub in a different material to support the roots of the plant, and grow crops directly in nutrient-rich water. Youth become Horticulturalists and discover ancient methods for growing food using hydroponic systems. Youth will walk away with their own mini-indoor garden as they learn horticulture techniques. Learn how to grow edible plants from seeds and edible plant cuttings. Create compact indoor hydroponic and aquaponics systems using everyday materials. Have fun growing their own food and making friends. Join us starting Saturday, October 2, 2021, through October 23, 2021, from 6:30-8 pm. Register by 10/5.
