Join us for a fun summer evening making pizza outdoors! Baker and pizza maker Michael Grantz of Great Day Gardens will introduce a basic sourdough crust recipe and demonstrate how he bakes pizzas using live fire in an outdoor wood-fired oven. Learn techniques on how to make delicious pizza pie in a home oven. Leave with a crust, pizza recipe, a small bag of local stone-milled flour, a sourdough starter (if needed), and one fresh-baked pizza! Join us on Sunday, August 15th from 4-7 pm. Register by 8/12.
