August 1–5  |  Ages 10–13

Get ready to cook with surprise ingredients! Young chefs will have culinary lessons with a professional from the community, learning kitchen safety and culinary techniques. Then, campers will be given a basket with mystery ingredients they will use to create a custom dish. Guidance will be given each day on what type of dish chefs will be expected to make. Guest judges will score the culinary creations at the end of each camp day.

Campers must have taken at least one previous culinary camp with Lynchburg Parks and Recreation. Register by 7/25. If your child has any food allergies, please contact taylor.haris@lynchburgva.gov so we can adequately prepare or find safe alternatives.
