The little drummers will learn African drumming techniques on the djembe drum and how to play in a drumming circle from Sheron White and drummer Eric Megginson of Kuumba Dance Ensemble. These techniques will then be practiced at the Afro-Caribbean dance class. For beginners, drums will be provided, but participants can bring their own.
