Group Chair Exercise

Chair exercise is a video-based program, using Armchair Fitness to provide a safe, group exercise experience to provide social interaction and motivation to get you moving! The program offers seated fitness routines for people with mobility, endurance, and balance issues to increase aerobic ability and overall body strengthening, stretching, and relaxing. Low impact workouts also help to lower blood pressure and increase stamina all while improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, and a sense of well-being. Join us beginning Monday, January 3rd, 2022, through April 28th, 2022 from 9:15-10:15 am. Class size is limited, advance registration is preferred.
