Discover mycological education with an outdoor class on fungi and a scavenger hunt designed to encourage youth to observe and interact with the different types of fungi. Participants will learn the differences between fungi and plants, the multiple ways fungi grow, different types of fungi, and ultimately why fungi are important to the forest ecosystem.
