Join Marsh Roots Seafood Company to learn the basics of how to fillet a fish. Lesson will include knife safety, how to prepare the fresh fish, and how to slice whole fillets. Each participant will receive their own fillet knife, cutting board to take home, and fillets cut during class. Join us on Tuesday, August 3rd from 6-8 pm. Register by 7/31.
