Cooking with Foraged Mushrooms

Learn about local varieties of edible mushrooms from the Blue Ridge Mycological Society! Participants will learn the identification of a few local varieties and receive a hands-on cooking lesson where participants will learn how to best prepare each variety. Register by 3/21.
