Tap dance is a fun and healthy activity to exercise your body and mind. Regular tap dance exercise increases cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, and builds strength in the legs and feet while increasing flexibility in the hips, knees, and ankles. Tappers will learn steps and combinations using a mix of traditional, contemporary, and Zumba choreography in a 6-week class. Join us beginning Tuesday, 3/2/2021 through 4/6/2021. Register in Advance.
