Also, none of the classes overlap, so you can do as many activities as your heart desires this holiday!

Story and Craft: Victorian Ornaments | Ages 3 – 5 | Wed, 12/14 | 1 – 1:45pm
Lynchburg Museum educator, Whitney Roberts, will tell little ones a historic cultural story and then lead this fun craft activity! Come listen to a Christmas story and make Victorian ornaments of your own to take home and hang on your tree! Register in advance to help with headcount.
Painting on Slate: Holiday Themes | Ages 18+ | Mon, 11,7 | 6:30 – 8pm
Paint a Thanksgiving or Christmas-themed picture on slate for displaying during the upcoming holidays. By painting both sides of your slate, you can create a reversible display to match the holiday. Slate and paint provided. Students should bring their acrylic brushes. Register by 11/3.
Fresh Greens Holiday Wreath | Ages 18+ | Wed, 11/30 | 2pm – 4pm
Create a beautiful holiday wreath to take home using fresh greens, berries, ribbon, and your imagination. Students may bring additional seasonal items to add to the wreath. Supplies provided. Register by 11/28.
Deck the Halls: Naturally | Ages 16+ | Sat, 12/3 | 1pm-3:30pm
Join us for some seasonal fun and learn to make a traditional wreath or centerpiece using natural materials. We’ll gather greenery in Miller Park then go indoors to create our arrangements. Materials provided. Register by 12/1.

Create seasonal, decorative crafts from nature’s harvest. All materials provided.
Wax Embossed Gourd Christmas Ornaments | Ages 30+ | Wed, 11/30 | 2 – 3:30pm
Using simple tools and techniques, transform an egg-shaped gourd into a beautiful, wax embossed Christmas ornament. An extra $3.00 supply fee (paid on site, directly to the instructor) will cover 2 gourds/ornaments. Register by 11/28.
Botanical Christmas Cards | Ages 30+ | Thur, 12/1 | 1 – 4pm
Add your personal touch to greetings cards or just enjoy creating your own watercolor masterpiece. Seasonal items from nature will inspire you in this one day class. Students should bring pointed round sable brushes # 4 and # 6 and a small blender brush. For optimal results, students should also consider bringing their own goose neck lamp. Register by 11/29.
Paint Party: Holiday Poinsettia | Ages 50+ | Tues, 12/13 | 1 – 4pm
Eat cookies and sip on something hot alongside Seven Hills Art Club artist, Ginny Van Gurp. In this class, students will paint a gorgeous holiday poinsettia using the acrylic paint medium. Register by 12/9.
DIY Crafts: Christmas Ornaments | Ages 30+ | Wed, 12/14 | 3 – 4pm
Create a number of your own Christmas ornaments, including glass snowmen, string hats, mason jar lids, and paper bulbs. All supplies furnished. Register by 12/12.
Hand Painted Glass Ornaments | Ages 18+ | Mon, 12/5 | 6:30 – 8pm
Several easy-to-duplicate designs will be available to paint on 2 glass ornaments. Make something special for your tree or to give to someone you love. Bring your acrylic brushes. Register by 12/2.
