Lynchburg Parks & Recreation is accepting submissions from businesses, organizations, clubs, and individuals to display at the second annual Celebration of Lights, a nightly, drive/walk through holiday lights event at Riverside Park to be held from December 1 through January 1. Various businesses, organizations, clubs, and individuals from the Lynchburg and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. Application deadline | November 1, 2017

Liability and Public Use, and Waiver Agreement
Lynchburg Parks & Recreation will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to items left in Riverside Park. Lynchburg Parks & Recreation has the right to use images of any logos or images submitted to help promote the event. Accreditation will be given when possible, but Lynchburg Parks & Recreation is not responsible for omissions in any publication. All organizations will be responsible for providing their own generators, drop, cords, decorations, and lights. As this event will be in December; should we experience inclement weather during the days and times of the festival, the park may be closed to ensure the safety of our park visitors. Organizations will be allowed to set up light scenes starting Saturday November 26th thru November 30th. Displays will be removed the week of January 2nd.
