Pottery is a relaxing, therapeutic medium that focuses on steady hands and deep breathing, similar to yoga. Class will begin with a 30 minute yoga session, where each participant will focus on deep breathing, and a cleared mind. After a cool down, participants will each move inside to a pottery wheel and begin to throw, using the same deep breathing techniques from the yoga session. Enjoy herbal tea, early morning sunlight, and essential oils to create a truly relaxed morning. Register by 4/17.
