Enjoy a story with your child and a healthy snack! Children will hear stories related to making healthy food choices and hand washing. The session will conclude with children creating their own snack with help from their adult.

Germs, Germs, Germs  |  Sept. 20
Children will gain a better understanding of how germs spread, and how to properly wash their hands, in addition to making a healthy snack. Register by 9/18.
 
  
 

 
I Will Never Not Ever Eat a Tomato  |  Oct. 18
Do you have a picky eater? During this session children will be introduced to Lola, a very picky eater who by the end of the story is trying new foods. The class will end with parents and children having the opportunity to try various new foods themselves. Register by 10/15.
 
 

 


 
The Very Hungry Caterpillar  |  Nov. 15
After this story children will be better able to identify healthy foods and how they feel when they eat too much “junk food”. As always the lesson will conclude with the children and parents getting to make their own healthy snack. Register by 11/12.
 
  
 

 
Kiss the Cow  |  Dec. 13
In this story a very curious and stubborn little girl learns a lesson about not listening. At the end of this story children will get to taste and explore how to make cheese. Register by 12/10.
