In this 15 week class, students will learn ballet and modern dance technique; as well as, important movement concepts such as elongation of the back, moving from the center, and proper body alignment. Classes will focus on awareness, control of the body, strength, coordination, counting, and moving to music while expressing oneself through dance. Most important, this class strives to create an environment of enjoyment because dancing should be fun! Register by 9/1.
