Laughter yoga is a new twist on an ancient practice, based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Not only does it increase happiness, but it also strengthens the immune system, reduces pain, and lowers stress. Class activities include laughter, gentle movement, clapping, breathing and relaxation. Activities can be done while sitting or standing; no floor exercises. Register by 1/5.
