This series, partnered with the Motherhood Collective, offers a quiet space for women to receive gentle education and peace of mind. Each session will begin with a brief educational workshop featuring self-care topics such as healthy snacks for mom, self massage techniques, mindfulness and positive thinking. The class will end with 30 minutes of quiet stretching, breathing, and stillness. $5 drop-in fee. Register in advance for series. Promotional offer ends on 1/18.
