Get in the mood for Greek Independence Day with this cultural culinary experience. Spend an evening eating and preparing Greek delicacies such as Spanakopita (spinach pie triangles), Tiropita (cheese pie) & Keftedakea (meatballs) & Tzatziki (garlic cucumber dip). By the end of the class, participants will be able to put together an impressive platter of Greek appetizers! Register by 3/25.
About the Instructor:
Maria Karalekas learned the art of Greek cuisine from working side by side with her mom, grandmothers, and aunts during her childhood sumemrs living in Greece. Growing up in Canada, Maria was accustomed to the culinary world through her family owned restaurant. Learn more about Greek cooking and culture along side her!
