This judgement-free class provides a comfortable and supportive environment for beginners, using exercise movements that focus on using your own body weight- no flipping tires! All workouts can be modified to suit your fitness ability or to accommodate an existing medical condition. Each session will also include a personal fitness journal to keep track of your goals and success. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. Register 3 days in advance.
About the Instructor:
Jodi works as an Ideal Protein weight loss coach with OrthoVirginia, and have been coaching and motivating clients since 2013. She has certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Weight Loss Specialist. Day to day she has the privilege of assisting individuals in achieving their weight loss goals, but more importantly, in helping them maintain it. She is also an independent distributor of Juice Plus+, which is whole food based nutrition, including juice powder concentrates from 30 different 30 fruits, vegetables and grains. Although nutrition is a contributing factor in weight loss, exercise is also an important element in living a healthier lifestyle. And this is how the vision of Flab2Fab Fit Camp was started. In her free time, she enjoys reading, making jewelry and playing tennis.
