Get toned and in shape just in time for the spring season! Class will inspire new students to acquire a foundation for a solid workout regimen to practice at home and stimulate new workout routines for students currently exercising on their own time. Physical activity level is mildly strenuous and difficulty level will be determined by each participant on an individual basis. Register by 3/11.
